About me
I’m Dr Hannah Odendaal, a registered Clinical Psychologist.
Qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist involves rigorous academic and clinical training up to doctoral level. This includes teaching in a range of evidence-based psychological therapies that are proven to be effective.
Alongside my NHS work, I work privately from my Hertfordshire clinics in St Albans and Hatfield. I typically work with difficulties such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress/burnout, adjusting to change, perfectionism and feeling ‘stuck’ / unfulfilled.
I have a particular interest in the emotional strain of a physical health condition (my area of specialism in my NHS work), including pain related conditions and fatigue.
With over 8 years experience in the NHS, I have developed a keen interest in helping people feel more fulfilled and less stuck in life. I believe that everyone struggles emotionally from time to time. I am passionate of creating a space that feels comfortable to explore your difficulties together.
